- Shipping & Delivery of Seeds
- All of our items are sent in plain, crush proof packaging, as discreetly as possible. We keep no hard-copies of any mailing lists.
- UK shipping is with Royal Mail - our standard shipping is 1st Class (£3.50), and you can also opt for 1st Class Recorded/Signed For (£4) or Next Day Special Delivery (£5).
- Outside the UK, shipping is a flat rate of £5 - if you are viewing the site in your own currency, shipping cost will be shown in that currency.
- Privacy & Security
- Odysseed.nl takes your privacy and security very seriously. Our site is hosted on a private, dedicated server, and all data is kept as safe as possible. All customer transactions take place on pages which use SSL encryption, which stops the information you enter being intercepted between your computer and our servers.
- Returns & Replacements
- As we take every precaution to supply fresh seeds in crush proof packaging, replacements and/or refunds can only be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- Any faulty products can be returned for replacement within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be made on a case-by-case basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Ordering & Payment
- Ordering from the site is easy, simply find the products you're looking for, add them to the cart, and Checkout when ready. You can register an account here, making shopping much quicker in the future, or you can Checkout as a guest if you'd prefer not to be a member of the site.

- Checking Order Status
- We try our best to have orders sent out within 24 hours. If you've chosen to register and be a member of the site, you can log in and check your current and previous orders. We will update the status of your order when we receive payment, and when we ship your order.
